Assistant Manager HR (Organization development)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire an Assistant Manager HR (Organization development) for its Head Office based in Karachi.

Position: Assistant Manager OD
Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 100,000 – 120,000
Experience: 3–4 years in Organizational Development, HR Excellence, or related role
Job duties:

• Experience in KPI management & performance systems
• SOP development & process improvement expertise
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee engagement & succession planning
• Experience in training programs, TNA & software implementation.
• Lead OD initiatives and change management projects
• Design & monitor KPIs across departments
• Develop and standardize SOPs & HR policies
• Manage performance appraisal processes
• Drive employee engagement and L&D initiatives
• Prepare dashboards, reports & analytics for management
