We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR for our plant operations. The role includes overseeing plant-level HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, statutory compliance, time office management, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth HR operations at the manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant.
- Handle recruitment for plant-level positions and coordinate joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and training for new employees.
- Oversee time office functions—attendance, shifts, leave management, and MIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, OT, and deductions.
- Maintain harmonious employee relations and address shop-floor issues.
- Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws) and maintain audit-ready records.
- Drive HR initiatives like employee engagement, training, safety, and welfare activities.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support management in performance evaluations and HR reporting.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and time office management.
- Good communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle plant-level HR challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
