ROLE SUMMARY
This position is based out of the Bangalore office, responsible for the following:

Review HR operation effectiveness

Monitoring the recruitment dashboard and new joiner onboarding, settling process
-
Executing vertical specific performance management framework initiative
-
Defining periodic communication plan for the vertical to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness
-
Improve employee engagement, ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to high performance culture within the organization

Ensure policy adherence and implementation across the vertical
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations
-
Reviews HR operation effectiveness at regular intervals by studying the performance outcome measures.

New Employee Onboarding
-
Ensures smooth on boarding and implementing buddy programs.
-
Plans and monitors better implementation across vertical to ensure better assimilation of new joiners into the organization

Performance Management:
-
Executes vertical specific performance management framework and initiatives.
-
Program manages the appraisal cycle, providing orientation to the first time appraises and collating survey feedback and giving input to the business for better performance review

Employee Development:
-
Co-ordinate with different HR stakeholders to execute the development program for employees to build the competencies and skillsets of the employees
-
Employee Engagement:
-
Define periodic communication plan deploys the rewards and recognition program for the unit, ensure various connect programs to address employee concerns.

Provide appropriate support for employee disciplinary process.

Monitor and ensure effectiveness of grievance addressable mechanism.
-
Employee query handling, conceptualize and implement vertical specific engagement
activities.

Employee Governance:
-
Monitor the employee governance process, intervenes wherever required to drive employee adherence to code of conduct.

HR Analytics
-
Publish monthly employee dashboards, highlight areas of focus, prepare and publish HR solutions initiatives.

Usage of report effectively by building awareness and communication.
