Main Responsibilities
• Self-Sourcing through recruitment portals and other sources.
• Fulfilling bulk hiring targets.
• Ensure use of the Application Tracking System and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment.
• Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies.
• Report to Lead -Talent Acquisition and fulfill assignments as given from time to time.
• The incumbent will be performing 80% recruitment and 20% generalist support.
Your skills
Technical
• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector.
• Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience.
• Proficiency in windows, Excel, and Data / MIS / number management.
Behavioral
• Negotiation Skills.
• Ownership and Accountability.
• Networking skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders & candidates.
Required Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in any stream.
• Post-Graduate in HR an added.
