About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager in Business Expansion with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. Freshers can also apply. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets. Male candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote our products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from clients to support continuous improvement of products/services.
- Travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and close business deals.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Tech or equivalent).
- Experience: 0–2 years of sales/business development experience (B2B preferred).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to travel frequently.
