Assistant Manager in Business Expansion

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager in Business Expansion with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. Freshers can also apply. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets. Male candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote our products/services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from clients to support continuous improvement of products/services.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and close business deals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Tech or equivalent).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of sales/business development experience (B2B preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
