Assistant Manager (Industrial Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct time & motion studies and set production standards.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.• Maintain SMV for new and existing styles.•
• Optimize man, machine, and line balance.
• Track and report IE KPIs (efficiency, utilization, NPT, etc.).
• Support manpower planning and daily production reviews.
• Lead lean initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering with 3–5 years’ experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel & IE tools.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced setup.
