Assistant Manager Infection Control

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of experience.

Qualification:

BSc Nursing (BSCN) or Diploma in Nursing.

Job Description:

  • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of infection prevention and control activities.
  • Conduct surveillance of healthcare associated infections.
  • Perform infection control audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
  • Monitor adherence to hand hygiene, PPE usage, and isolation precautions.
  • Support outbreak investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Maintain accurate infection control records, reports, and surveillance data.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure IPC compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Stay updated on infection control guidelines and best practices.
