Responsibilities:

  • Support in executing the approved annual audit plan.
  • Conduct audits at Mills and the Corporate office, analyze evidence, and document findings.
  • Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure implementation of agreed action plans with follow-up

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit.

Education: CA/ICMA/ACCA partially qualified with (an articleship) or a Bachelor’s degree

Competencies:

  • Auditing skills with knowledge of International Accounting and Auditing Standards.
  • Able to perform all stages of Audit, i.e., Planning, Execution, and Finalization.
  • Able to perform Mills Audits as well as Risk-based audits at the Corporate office. (travelling required)
  • Effective Communication skills.
  • Drafting Internal Audit Reports independently.
  • Follow up on Open Observations and maintain the database/log of Audit Observations.
