Position Title: Assistant Manager — Internal Audit
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements from planning through reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain Risk Registers, Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), and prepare risk-based Internal Audit Plans.
- Evaluate internal controls and risk management systems, identify process weaknesses, and recommend practical, sustainable improvements.
- Oversee audit fieldwork and ensure accurate, complete audit documentation and working papers in compliance with professional standards.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and follow up on agreed corrective actions.
- Support the development of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks aligned with ISO 31000 and COSO ERM standards.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures for Finance, Procurement, and other corporate support functions.
- Develop audit programs, checklists, and procedures tailored to address key business, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
Qualification: CA / ACCA / ICMA — Qualified or Finalist
Experience:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or a related field
- Prior experience in a professional services firm (Big 4 or mid-tier) is a plus

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
