Assistant Manager, International Banking (Structured Funding, IFI/DFI Loans, DCM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our International Banking team. The role involves managing the Bank’s international funding activities, debt investor relations, and interactions with global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate alternative funding products and monitor international market developments (IFI loans, debt capital markets transactions, etc.)
• Prepare required documentation and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (IFIs, legal counsels, auditors, regulatory authorities) throughout the funding process
• Represent the Bank during due diligence and investor meetings, and coordinate related departments for meeting preparations
• Monitor and report financial and non-financial commitments under international agreements
• Manage relationships with creditors, international investors, and analysts, representing the Bank in global conferences and meetings
• Handle communication with international credit rating agencies, prepare analytical materials for reviews, and coordinate inputs from relevant departments

Other Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager or 5 years for Manager in related fields
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong sense of responsibility
