Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
- Prior experience in an educational institution or training center is a strong plus.
- Experience setting up computer labs or multi-user environments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure Maintenance
- Mantain end-to-end IT infrastructure for computer labs aligned with course outlines.
- Configure lab environments based on curriculum-specific hardware & software prerequisites.
- Establish Windows/Linux-based lab systems, virtualization, and multi-OS configurations.
2. Network Management & Security
- Set up and manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and VLANs.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and ensure zero-downtime connectivity.
- Implement network security standards and data-protection policies.
3. System Administration
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 10/11)
- Manage user accounts, domain controllers, Active Directory, and group policies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize server systems, backup routines, and system logs.
4. Lab Operations & Support
- Prepare lab systems for practical classes, assessments, and program-specific projects.
- Maintain all academic software environments (Programming tools, IDEs, DBMS, Cisco tools, etc.).
- Provide timely troubleshooting support to faculty and students.
5. Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of hardware, peripherals and networking devices.
6. IT Policy Implementation
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols, IT SOPs, and system usage policies.
- Prepare monthly performance and IT audit reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field.
- Industry certifications preferred (any of the following):
- CCNA / CCNP
- MCSA / MCSE
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
Technical Skills Required
Networking Proficiency
- Router, switch configuration, VLANs, DHCP, DNS.
- Firewall configuration and network security standards.
- Network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds).
System Administration
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Active Directory, Group Policies, Domain Management
- Linux system configuration (Ubuntu, CentOS)
Hardware & Lab Tools
- PC assembly, diagnostics, BIOS configuration.
- Installation of virtualization platforms (VMware, VirtualBox).
- Academic tools including:
- Visual Studio, MySQL, Oracle, Python setups
- Cisco Packet Tracer
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication & coordination with faculty and management.
- Ability to manage multiple labs and simultaneous tech demands.
- Documentation and reporting proficiency.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
