We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering successful projects for our clients in the banking and government sectors.

This is the job for you, if you have:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in project and program management, preferably within the banking or government sector.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience in IT implementation projects is preferred.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to complex project management and program management initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
