Position: Assistant Manager for kids Nursery
Location: Ajman, UAE
Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our nursery. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring high-quality childcare, managing parent communication, and maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Nursery Manager with daily operations and administration.
- Oversee classroom activities, schedules, attendance, and documentation.
- Support and guide teachers and support staff; help with duty planning and training.
- Communicate professionally with parents and handle inquiries, feedback, and meetings.
- Ensure implementation of curriculum activities and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with Ministry/ECA regulations.
- Support event planning, parent orientations, and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a nursery or early learning center.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UAE childcare regulations is an advantage.
- Child-friendly, patient, and responsible personality.
