Urgent Hiring of Assistant Manager - Learning & Development (L&D) at Multiple States across India
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, audits, business requirements, and stakeholder discussions across regions.
- Design and deliver training programs including induction, behavioral, functional, leadership, compliance, and soft-skills training.
- Develop training calendars and execute programs across multiple states using classroom, virtual, and blended learning models.
- Coordinate with regional HR, business heads, and external trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
- Create and maintain training content, SOPs, manuals, presentations, assessments, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, post-training performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policy-related training requirements.
- Support talent development initiatives such as succession planning, high-potential programs, and leadership development.
- Maintain training MIS, attendance records, certifications, and reports for management review.
- Travel to various locations as per training schedules and business needs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools.
- Ready to travel a minimum of 15 days a month.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
