Assistant Manager Learning & Development (L&D)

Joyland Ltd is looking for a position of "Assistant Manager Learning and Development"

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Training and Development within the hospitality, entertainment, or customer service industry.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Salary: 120k-130k

Location: Lahore (Only)

Job Description:

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) through performance evaluations, departmental feedback, and operational requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Deliver engaging classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions.
  • Prepare training calendars, materials, manuals, and presentations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and employee development plans.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps and improve workforce capability.
