THE JOB:
As the Assistant Manager of our Live Streaming Studio at MGM Grand, you aren't just managing a floor—you are the director of a live, 24/7 interactive broadcast. You will lead the high-energy on-camera talent (Game Presenters) and shift supervisors who bring the MGM magic directly to players worldwide. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-tech environments and love coaching teams to deliver flawless, star-powered performances, this is your stage.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead overall floor operations with a focus on consistency, coaching, and ensuring Game Presenter accountability.
Mentor and develop Supervisors, also support onboarding and training efforts, while reinforcing operational procedures.
Identify operational gaps and partner with leadership to implement process and performance improvements.
Monitor key performance metrics (handle, uptime/downtime, player engagement, player experience) and use insights to guide Supervisor coaching and corrective actions.
Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with technical and service teams to minimize downtime.
Support scheduling, game assignments, and compliance with uniform, performance, and attendance standards across the operation.
Act as the liaison between Game Presenters, Supervisors, and Leadership to ensure alignment with departmental goals and standards.
Provide hands‑on support as a Game Presenter or Game Tech when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to departmental planning efforts, including SOP creation and shift‑coverage structures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, or front-facing guest service
