THE JOB:

As the Assistant Manager of our Live Streaming Studio at MGM Grand, you aren't just managing a floor—you are the director of a live, 24/7 interactive broadcast. You will lead the high-energy on-camera talent (Game Presenters) and shift supervisors who bring the MGM magic directly to players worldwide. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-tech environments and love coaching teams to deliver flawless, star-powered performances, this is your stage.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead overall floor operations with a focus on consistency, coaching, and ensuring Game Presenter accountability.

• Mentor and develop Supervisors, also support onboarding and training efforts, while reinforcing operational procedures.

• Identify operational gaps and partner with leadership to implement process and performance improvements.

• Monitor key performance metrics (handle, uptime/downtime, player engagement, player experience) and use insights to guide Supervisor coaching and corrective actions.

• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with technical and service teams to minimize downtime.

• Support scheduling, game assignments, and compliance with uniform, performance, and attendance standards across the operation.

• Act as the liaison between Game Presenters, Supervisors, and Leadership to ensure alignment with departmental goals and standards.

• Provide hands‑on support as a Game Presenter or Game Tech when necessary to ensure seamless operations.

• Contribute to departmental planning efforts, including SOP creation and shift‑coverage structures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

• Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, or front-facing guest service
