Assistant Manager – Logistics & Procurement

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in logistics, procurement, or store management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end procurement, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Oversee freight, shipping, and delivery operations; manage service providers; ensure timely and cost-effective logistics.
  • Inventory & Stores: Implement stock control, forecasting, and warehouse operations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Excel/Odoo or similar tools.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
