Assistant Manager Maintenance

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.
• Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to address electrical requirements.
• Supervise contractors/vendors for outsourced maintenance work.
• Identify areas for energy conservation and implement efficiency improvements.
• Assist in preparing maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs.
