Assistant Manager Maintenance

• Lead the maintenance team in performing diagnostic troubleshooting on all Machinery.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance on all equipment to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate renovation projects, upgrades, or repairs, from the planning stage through to completion, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and oversee energy conservation programs.
• Respond to guest complaints and service requests promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
