Assistant Manager – Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

Documentation and compliance of IATF, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

• Planning and execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
• Utility maintenance including Air Compressors, STP & ETP systems.
• Spare parts inventory planning and control.
• Handling and deployment of maintenance manpower.
• Energy conservation initiatives and cost optimization.
• Maintenance support for Injection Moulding, Power Press, Shot Blasting & Paint Shop.
• Implementation of improvement tools like Kaizen, TPM & 5S.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Regular)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.91 per month
