About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager / Manager – Business Development to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong broker relations, channel partner experience, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand the company’s professional network.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
- Arabic speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in broker relations and channel partner management.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and developer landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
