The Assistant Manager /Manager – Finance Controller will support financial planning, reporting, and performance management processes, contributing to continuous improvement and team development. Key responsibilities include:
- Participate actively in monthly financial closing by reviewing, analyzing, and validating data within the ERP system for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure timely and precise submission of analytical reports in the Tagetik system for actuals, forecasts, and budgets covering financials, and operational volumes.
- Support enhancements in reporting capabilities through dashboard development and automated report generation.
- Contribute to financial analysis across key areas, cost control, profitability, and performance metrics.
- Strengthen cash management processes by monitoring overdue positions, preparing follow-up reports, and coordinating with entities to drive improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of management presentations, budget and forecast reports, and digital reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of multi-year financial plans.
- Support M&A integration activities post-acquisition to ensure alignment of financial systems and reporting structures.
- Develop and optimize automated reporting and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant applications to improve efficiency and data quality.
