Assistant Manager / Manager – Procurement & Facilities

Location: Green Town, Lahore (Nayyer Carpet)

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

Execute end-to-end purchasing process including issuing Purchase Orders (POs), negotiating contracts, and tracking deliveries.

Ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards.

Operational & Facility Management

Oversee daily facility operations including cleaning, security, and waste management.

Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and utilities.

Maintenance & Repairs

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.

Manage repairs of infrastructure and equipment with minimal operational disruption.

Vendor Management

Supervise contractors and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Identify, evaluate, and develop strong supplier relationships.

Negotiate pricing and service contracts to secure favorable terms.

Compliance, Safety & Reporting

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fire regulations.

Monitor adherence to procurement policies.

Audit purchasing documentation and prepare performance reports.

Budget & Cost Control

Assist in annual budget planning.

Monitor expenditures and ensure cost optimization.

Project Coordination

Support office renovations, space planning, and equipment installations.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Coordinate with internal departments to define procurement needs and resolve vendor-related issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain (Preferred)

✔ Experience: Proven experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Facilities Management

✔ Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Excel and ERP systems

✔ Soft Skills: Leadership, negotiation, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills
