Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support business development initiatives to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Manage client servicing activities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Design, coordinate, and implement market and social research projects, from proposal to reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative research solutions tailored to client needs.
- Analyze data and generate insights that address client objectives and inform strategic recommendations.
- Support thought leadership and contribute to the organization’s growth through research-based contributions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Market Research Agency (business development, client servicing, or research roles).
- Experience working in the research function on the client side (preferred).
- Exposure to or experience in a Social Research Agency or social sector projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in research tools, data analysis software, and presentation development.
- Should be experience of 1-2 years in same domain.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
