Assistant Manager Marketing

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop performance-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor campaign KPIs including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and lead generation

Strategic Marketing Support

  • Assist in annual and quarterly marketing planning
  • Support brand positioning and digital presence enhancement
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to content strategy and campaign messaging frameworks

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
  • Provide data-backed insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media growth and performance marketing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in structured corporate or agency environment
