
Assistant Manager Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop performance-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and lead generation
- Assist in annual and quarterly marketing planning
- Support brand positioning and digital presence enhancement
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to content strategy and campaign messaging frameworks
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
- Provide data-backed insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
- Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required
Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media growth and performance marketing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in structured corporate or agency environment
