About the RoleAs the Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager to grow and enhance the Atlantis Dubai social media presence. You will help shape and deliver the destination's social media strategy and engagement plans, collaborating closely with cross functional teams including Operations, PR, and Marketing to create compelling content and manage Atlantis Dubai's social media channels.
You will take a hands on approach in managing day to day activity across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining social media editorial calendars, conducting competitor research, defining audience strategies, and driving performance through innovative campaigns.
About YouMinimum of 2 years' experience managing social media channels, either in house or within an agency environment.
Well versed in social media tools, analytics, and best practices, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Skills include photo and video editing, strong communication, and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and agencies.
Thrives in a fast paced environment, highly organized, can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and creativity.
