Job Overview:

Nelson Paints is looking for a young, dynamic, and confident Activation / Media / PR expert to strengthen our brand presence through on-ground activations, media relations, PR initiatives, and digital media management. The ideal candidate will actively support campaign execution, vendor coordination, media engagement, and digital campaigns to enhance overall brand visibility and communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activation campaigns and on-ground marketing activities.

- Manage coordination with media houses, PR agencies, and external partners for brand coverage and placements.

- Handle company digital media platforms, including social media pages, campaign postings, and online engagement.

- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.

- Coordinate with creative teams for digital content, posts, and promotional material.

- Manage vendor communications, obtain quotations, compare proposals, and assist management in vendor selection and decision-making.

- Ensure smooth coordination and execution with vendors during events, activations, and media campaigns.

- Organize and support corporate events, exhibitions, press conferences, and promotional activities.

- Develop and assist in drafting press releases, promotional content, and activity reports.

- Monitor media and digital performance, prepare post-activity analysis, and share performance insights.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing activations, PR, media coordination, or digital campaigns.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

- Ability to manage multiple vendors, campaigns, and events simultaneously.

- Energetic, creative, and proactive personality.
