Role Overview: We are hiring a motivated Assistant Manager – Medical Insurance to oversee and grow our medical insurance portfolio, including individual, SME, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the medical insurance portfolio for individuals, SMEs, and corporates.Develop strategies to enhance offerings and increase market share.
• Lead new business acquisition and renewal retention to meet sales targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and responsive service.
• Mentor and guide a team of medical insurance advisors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Expertise Required:

• Medical insurance advisory, policy structuring, and customer engagement.
• Tailored solutions for SMEs and corporates.
• Claims management and resolution of complex cases.
• Strong customer service and high client satisfaction (NPS).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical insurance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance products and regulations.
• Proven success in sales, client management, and retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Professional insurance certifications (preferred).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
