Assistant Manager – Mushroom Production

Age Requirement: 28–35 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Agriculture

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in production operations (any industry)

No prior experience in mushroom production required – training will be provided

Job Overview:

SG Allied Businesses Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Production to join our expanding mushroom cultivation unit. The selected candidate will undergo structured training in mushroom production systems, including:

Compost making and management

Casing soil preparation

Harvesting, grading, and yield optimization

Hygiene and quality control in production environments

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations under guidance of senior managers

Monitor process parameters, record production data, and ensure consistency

Coordinate with the R&D and Quality Control teams

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient workflow within the production facility
