Assistant Manager Nursing

• Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of nursing staff within the OG unit, including delegating tasks and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Patient Care Oversight: Ensure patient care plans are followed, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations such as patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, as well as managing ward linen, furniture, and equipment.
• Policy & Procedure Implementation: Implement and update nursing policies, procedures, and standard guidelines, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate patient medical records, ensure correct documentation, and prepare reports on nursing quality indicators and operational activities.
• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a liaison with physicians and administrators, communicating protocol changes and collaborating on patient care strategies.
• Patient & Family Support: Provide compassionate care, education, and emotional support to patients and their families regarding medical procedures and care plans.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate quality standards of nursing care, identify areas for improvement, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹40,000.16 per month
