Job Summary:The Executive – Modern Trade Operations will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end operations of the Modern Trade (MT) ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of MT functions, ensuring seamless execution of Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking key performance metrics to drive business efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Modern Trade Ecosystem Understanding: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the MT landscape, its key stakeholders, and its impact on overall business operations.
• PO Process & Tracking: Ensure a smooth process from PO receipt to final delivery, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
• End-to-End PO Tracking: Monitor and track POs until successful delivery, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve delays or issues.
• Daily Reports & Metrics: Generate and maintain key reports such as ASM-wise, Account-wise, and Brand-wise Target vs. Achievement (TGT vs ACH) trackers.
• NPI Tracking: Oversee the tracking of New Product Introductions (NPIs) within the Modern Trade channel.
• PO Sharing & Coordination: Collaborate with CFAs, ASMs, and RKAMs to ensure accurate and timely sharing of POs.
• Appointment & Non-Appointment PO Process: Handle PO execution for both appointment-based and non-appointment accounts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to optimize Modern Trade operations and resolve any bottlenecks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Modern Trade operations, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
• Strong understanding of PO processes, tracking mechanisms, and key performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
