Role Overview
We are seeking an
Assistant Manager–level contractor
with strong experience in
Operational Excellence, operating model design, and policies & procedures development
. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, supporting transformation initiatives across business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support the design and implementation of
target operating models (TOMs)
and
business operating frameworks
-
Develop, review, and standardize
policies, procedures, SOPs, and process documentation
-
Conduct
process mapping, process re-engineering, and operational diagnostics
-
Apply
Operational Excellence methodologies
(Lean, process improvement, efficiency reviews) to improve performance
-
Support
governance, roles & responsibilities (RACI), and decision-rights frameworks
-
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure
alignment between strategy, operations, and execution
-
Prepare
client-ready deliverables
(process maps, policy manuals, operating model decks)
Required Experience & Skills
-
5–7 years of experience
in management consulting, operations, or transformation roles

Strong exposure to
Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement
initiatives

Proven experience in:

Operating model design
-
Policies & procedures development
-
Process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)

Consulting toolkit mindset with
structured problem-solving skills

Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

Comfortable working in
fast-paced, client-facing environments
Preferred Background

Experience with
Big 4, Tier-1, or Tier-2 consulting firms

Public sector, government, or large enterprise transformation exposure (nice to have)
