Kids HQ Arcade LLC. is looking to hire an Assistant Manager Operations for one of its branch Flipped located in Sharjah

Position: Assistant Manager Operations
Salary: AED 6,000
Experience: 4 - 6 years in FEC side
Location: Sharjah
Job duties:

* Manage daily branch/FEC operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Drive sales growth, control costs, and achieve targets
* Lead, train, and supervise staff performance
* Ensure excellent customer service and safety compliance
* Handle staff scheduling, customer complaints, and operational issues
* Monitor inventory, maintenance, and operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and mall regulations

Requirements:

Mandatory: FEC (Family Entertainment Center) experience
Experience in entertainment, amusement, retail, or hospitality industry preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
