About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized female Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day company operations, manage client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling teams, coordinating projects, and communicating effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and acquire new clients to support business expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support senior management in planning and executing operational strategies.
- Lead and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare regular reports on operations and client activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate / post graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in operations, client management, or business development (in a managerial/coordination role).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
