About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized female Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day company operations, manage client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling teams, coordinating projects, and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to support business expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support senior management in planning and executing operational strategies.
  • Lead and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on operations and client activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / post graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in operations, client management, or business development (in a managerial/coordination role).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
