Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development within the hospitality, entertainment, or customer service industry.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Salary: 120k-130k
Location: Lahore (Only)
Job Description:
- Develop and implement Organizational Development (OD) strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and manage succession planning frameworks to identify and develop future leaders.
- Conduct workforce planning and organizational structure reviews.
- Develop competency frameworks, career paths, and employee development programs.
- Lead and support performance management and talent review processes.
- Draft, review, update, and implement company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with labor laws and organizational requirements.
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
- Design and facilitate leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support change management and culture transformation projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management.
