Assistant Manager Payroll & Compensation

One of the largest beauty product companies in Pakistan is looking for an Assistant Manager Payroll & Compensation.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, leave management, bonuses, overtime, and other HR operational activities
  • Additional HR certifications will be considered a plus point
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally

Job Details:

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Education:

Graduates from IBM and CBM will be preferred.
