Job description:

Assistant ManagerPPC store & Logistics

Experience - 7-10 yrs

Responsibilities

1. Ensure materials receipt & Issuance as per requirement in line with the procedure.
2. Responsible for Arranging proper location / space for all material required as per station wise assembly sequence with
3. Appropriate identification. Finalization & co-ordination of logistics along with supplier / buyer.
4. Ensure proper storage of material as per stocking norms.
5. Ensure proper stock rotation / FIFO / identification & disposal of non-conforming, shelf life over material, non-moving parts.
6. Ensuring daily stock taking / daily shortage list to buyers / controlling excess material.
7. Ensuring material Availability to production as per BOM / BIN cards, proper inventory norms etc. & avoiding down time with Proper control on logistics process.
8. Timely delivery of all types’ material & to monitor slow moving/nonmoving & fast moving.
9. To get acknowledgement from transporter of issuance of invoices.
10. Monitor & Motivate the staff for TPM, Kaizen & improvement activities and ensure effective implementation of Poka-Yoke& Kaizen & 5S.
11. To monitor Minimum & Maximum Inventory levels.
12. Coordinate with Quality Department, internal customers, plant managements and associates; coordinate to maintain Smooth Flow of Material for Production.
13. To maintain RM Report on Daily Basis.
14. To prepare data for monthly MRM
15. Planning for Materials loading and unloading.
16. Planning for Logistics operation to ensure delivery of the goods as per committed time
17. To cordination with Accounts, Returns, Budget and payment of suppliers.
