Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Gifting vertical. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of high-quality merchandise, premium gifts, and customized components essential for corporate brand requirements. You will manage diverse supplier relationships, ensure timely delivery for seasonal campaigns, and drive cost optimization initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management & Relations: Identify, onboard, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with reliable manufacturers and wholesalers.
  • Commercial Management: Handle rigorous budget tracking and aggressive cost negotiations to ensure maximum ROI and cost optimization.
  • Gift Kit Development: Lead the ideation and execution of bespoke corporate gift hampers, welcome kits, and festive combos (B2B, e-com, and retail).
  • Merchandise Planning: Source and execute high-quality GWP (Gift with Purchase) items, including tech gadgets, premium lifestyle accessories, and apparel.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels of core gifting components and packaging materials to ensure zero downtime during peak seasonal demands.
  • Material & Technical Knowledge: Apply deep knowledge of fabrics, paper, board, lamination effects, and print production to ensure product quality.
  • Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports on procurement spends, vendor performance audits, and project-wise cost-benefit analyses.
  • Trend Mapping: Conduct market visits to identify new gifting trends and innovative products to keep the portfolio competitive.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of procurement experience (referencing the 2–4 year senior executive baseline).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Oracle, Zoho) and advanced MS Office tools.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality control.


Preferred Industry Experience

The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B Procurement or Category Management from high-volume retail or e-commerce environments. We are specifically looking for professionals from:

  • Large Format Retail: Candidates from Shoppers Stop or D-Mart with experience in lifestyle/home merchandise.
  • E-commerce & Marketplaces: Experience in category sourcing from Meesho or Bigbasket .
  • Specialized Gifting: Background in sourcing from firms like Ferns N Petals (FNP) or Consortium Gifts .
  • FMCG/Cosmetics: Procurement experience in fast-moving consumer goods or skincare industries.
