Assistant Manager Production (Beverages)

Our client Gourmet Pakistan is looking for a Assistant Manager Production (Beverages) in Multan.

𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹

• Execute end-to-end beverage manufacturing (blending to packing) as per validated process controls.
• Maintain critical parameters (temperature, pressure, Brix, CO₂, flow) within approved limits.
• Ensure batch accuracy and full compliance with SOPs and BMRs.
  
  

𝟮. 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Ensure safe, reliable operation of filling lines, blenders, CIP, pasteurizers, and homogenizers.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead RCA and implement CAPA for recurring failures.
  
  

𝟯. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆

• Monitor and improve OEE, throughput, changeover time, and yield.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen tools to reduce losses, waste, and conversion cost.
  
  

𝟰. 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

• Monitor utilities (steam, water, air, power, refrigeration) supporting production.
• Optimize utility consumption against defined benchmarks.
  
  

𝟱. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

• Maintain accurate production, downtime, and parameter records.
• Report performance trends, deviations, and yield losses.
  
  

𝟲. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲-𝗨𝗽

• Support plant trials, validation, and documentation for new products and SKUs.
  
  

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• Bsc / Msc Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering
• 5 - 7 Years of Experience, preferably on the Beverage Industry
• Strong Leadership and Management Skills
