Purchase / Procurement

  • Plan and execute procurement of base oils, additives, packaging materials (drums, barrels, bottles, labels, cartons).
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely material availability as per production plan.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Coordinate with QC for material approval and with finance for invoice reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

Dispatch / Logistics

  • Manage dispatch planning for finished lubricants as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
  • Prepare dispatch documentation: invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR copies.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers and depots.
  • Handle dispatch discrepancies, shortages, damages, and customer coordination.
  • Maintain dispatch MIS, stock movement records, and logistics cost control.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with production, sales, stores, and accounts teams.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on procurement, dispatch, and inventory.
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
