Job Description Summary:
Assistant Purchasing Manager responsible for hair care product procurement. Key duties include purchase order planning, inventory control, vendor communication and negotiation, shipment coordination, and vendor payment management to ensure efficient purchasing and supply operations.
Job Description:
  • Plan and manage purchase orders and record of status updates
  • Review and control inventory levels to ensure stock availability
  • Managing daily vendor communications on pending orders and tracking issued POs with status updates
  • Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing according to company policies
  • Collaborating with internal teams—including Sales Operations, SCP, GL, PM, and Warehouse—to plan available stock before release, minimizing backorders and ensuring order fulfillment for smooth supply operations
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and team initiatives as needed
  • Complete ad hoc analysis as needed

The anticipated compensation range is
65,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
