- Ensuring of effective implementation of quality management system in meat processing operations, GMP’s & PRP’s regarding meat processing operations .
- Organizing all the activities to establish and implement FSSC,BRC and Halal system, to ensure consumer safety.
- Coordinating and assisting in maintaining GMP guidelines and routine plant audit inspections.
- Evaluating customer and consumer's complaints and their responding, coordinate respective departments for effective remedial needs for corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring quality control parameters.
- To confirm the accuracy of all lab operations.
- Responsible for Quality control throughout the company and ensure the safe product delivery to consumer according to intended use.
