Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

Job Description:
Novamed Group of Companies is looking for a competent and experienced Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance to join its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems to maintain product quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation and compliance with GMP and quality standards
• Review and approve SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and quality-related documents
• Monitor in-process controls and finished product quality
• Handle deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits
• Coordinate with Production, QC, and Warehouse for quality compliance
• Ensure proper documentation, record retention, and data integrity
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification:

• Pharm-D or BS Chemistry

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years Relevant experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
