Assistant Manager– Quality Assurance (Food)

Role: Assistant Manager– Quality Assurance (Food)

Location: South Delhi

Reporting to: VP – Quality

Role Objective: To maintain high-standard quality governance across multiple manufacturing units, ensuring compliance with global food safety standards and seamless coordination between the corporate office and production plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plant Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for various manufacturing plants to ensure uniform adherence to quality protocols.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Lead internal and external audits including FSSAI, ISO 22000, and BRC. Ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
  • System Management: Utilize SAP/ERP systems to track quality parameters, non-conformance reports, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Reporting: Maintain rigorous reporting lines to the VP of Quality, providing real-time data on plant performance and compliance risks.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.Tech in Food Technology.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in QA within the FMCG (Food) industry.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of FSMS standards and hands-on experience with ERP/SAP.
