About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager – Quality Control to join our detergent production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing quality systems and hands-on experience with detergent testing procedures and analytical methods.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead the Quality Control team to ensure consistent product quality.

· Conduct and monitor various chemical, physical, and performance tests on detergent products.

· Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in compliance with company and industry standards.

· Identify process improvements and ensure corrective and preventive actions.

· Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Maintenance departments for quality-related matters.

· Train and guide QC staff for smooth laboratory operations and documentation.

Requirements:

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or detergent production environment.

· Strong knowledge of detergent formulation testing and quality parameters.

· Excellent leadership, reporting, and communication skills.
