Assistant Manager Quality (Knitted Garments/Apparel)

We are hiring ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY for one of our garment factory.

Job description:

• Support quality operations to ensure garments meet required standards.
• Monitor garment quality during the sewing process.
• Identify quality issues and troubleshoot them in a timely manner.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams.
• Support quality inspections and audits.
• Prepare accurate quality reports and maintain documentation.
• Manage time effectively to ensure daily quality targets are met.

Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of sewing and garment construction.
• Quick problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience in report preparation and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
