Summary

We are looking for motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our client's QSR team. This role is crucial for supporting the Restaurant Manager and ensuring that every shift runs smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Management Responsibilities Include:

• Support/assist Store Manager in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development of restaurant team members and shift leads
• Assist with restaurant team member and shift lead performance appraisal process
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and deliver excellent guest satisfaction

Education/Experience:

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
