The Assistant Manager for Real Estate Marketing drives property sales and brand presence by generating leads, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing client relations. They act as the primary bridge between potential buyers and the development firm, conducting property site visits and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Execute digital marketing strategies, optimize online lead funnels, and manage social media channels to reach targeted buyer demographics.
- Client Relations: Act as the face of the company by analyzing client needs, providing tailored property presentations, and scheduling site visits.
- Sales Execution: Manage property inventory, assist in deal negotiations, and ensure smooth transaction finalizations to meet quarterly sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, evaluate local market trends (especially in key hubs like Islamabad), and adjust promotional materials accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or marketing, ideally with a strong understanding of the local housing market.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with real estate databases, and digital marketing analytics i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube etc.

Salary Package
- Salary range between 40k - 50k with attractive commission.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
