We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Recovery (B2B) to lead and strengthen our recovery operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in collections and client negotiations, preferably within Telecom or ISP sector, and a passion for driving results with professionalism.
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recovery/collections management.
- Telecom/ISP background will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize recovery strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer account data.
- Conduct client meetings/visits to resolve overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare detailed recovery action plans and maintain delinquency reports.
- Draft memos, reports, and notes related to write-offs, rescheduling, and overdue accounts.
- Follow up on agreed payment plans and escalate high-risk cases.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing for aligned recovery efforts.
- Provide monthly performance updates to management.
