Position: Assistant Manager – Recovery (B2B)
Location: Shahra-e-faisal, Karachi
Reporting to: Head of Recovery
Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Qualification & Experience:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing recovery/collections, with preference for telecom or ISP background.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance recovery processes by developing and implementing effective strategies.
Ensure customer account data is accurate, updated, and well-maintained.
Engage directly with clients, including office visits, to resolve overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
Maintain detailed records of outstanding amounts and prepare recovery action plans.
Draft reports, notes, and memos related to rescheduling, write-offs, and delinquent clients.
Monitor overdue accounts, follow up on agreed payment plans, and escalate challenging cases to management.
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to coordinate strategies for debt recovery.
Provide monthly updates to management on recovery progress and delinquency trends.
Take ownership of any additional recovery-related tasks as assigned.
